Abstract
In a company, the most important thing is human resource. Human resources are the most important assets driving company dynamics. Every company wants to get an achievement in everything, especially in the field of work. The purpose of this study was to find the effect of Organizational Communication and the Work Environment on the employee productivity in the Production Section of CV. LEZATKU FOOD. This type of research in this research used quantitative research with the associative method. The data source used primary data. The data collection method used a questionnaire. The population in this study was amounted to 36 employees of CV. Lezatku Food. The sampling method in this study used non-probability sampling and saturated sampling techniques. The result of this study showed that organizational communication and work environment had an effect on employee productivity.
