Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determme the effect of (1) supervision on employeeperformance., 2) work discipline on employee performance, and (3) motivation on employee performance at PT Central Pertiwi Bahari in Food Processing Plant Division Bratasena Tulang Bawang Lampung. This study was a quantitative descriptive study. The population in this study was all employees at PT Central Pe rtiwi Bahari in Food Processing Plant Division Bratasena Tulang Bawang Lampu.ng as many as 264 determined using the purposiv e sampling technique. The data collection techniques used were questionnaires. document recording, and interviews, then the data was analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that (1) supervision had a significant effect on the employ ee performance, (2) work discipline had no effect on the employee performance. (3) motivation had a significant effect on the employee performance, and (4) supervision, work discipline and motivation simultaneously affected the performance of the employees at PT Central Pertiwi Bahari in Food Processing Plant Division Bratasena Tulang Bawang Lampung.
