Abstract

ABSTRACT The decision-making model is a methodological instrument with rational conditions to reduce risk and increase utility value based on the data obtained. The problem is that there is a lack of integrity to the institution, a laziness factor, and skill competencies that do not support a job. Performance is the totality of job satisfaction, that is workers attitude (positive) based on an assessment of the work situation.. The assessment can be carried out on one of their jobs. The assessment is carried out as an expression of appreciation in achieving one of the important values in the work. The purpose of the research is to produce decisions on performance evaluation and to improve academic services in independent/autonomous campus learning. The research method used SMART Quality (Simple Multi Attribute Rating Technique). The service quality assessment factors include reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy, and tangibles. The research was conducted at Muria Kudus University and the focus of the study was on the campus administrative staff. The survey was conducted directly through a questionnaire. The number of respondent population were 136 administrative personnel. The result showed that the average performance evaluation ranged from 60 to 86% with a correlation of performance to service of 76 percent with a correlation of 0.928. Therefore it is still necessary to evaluate the performance of academic services in supporting independent learning and independent campus learning.
