Abstract

WEB-BASED MONITORING AND E-BUDGETING INFORMATION SYSTEM ( Case Study: Sekolah Dasar Negeri 17 Negeri Katon Pesawaran) by: PUTRI ILAH SURYANI Putrisuryani323@gmail.com Educational institutions in the Pesawaran district that need to pay attention to the preparation of school budgets such as the school sample conducted at SD Negeri 17 Katon State which is located at Pejambon, Negeri Katon, Pesawaran Regency, Lampung 35353. Problems in processing school budgets and presenting budget reports that are used as a whole are still using recordings in books and recording in spreadsheet applications, so that it has an impact on delays in presenting school budget reports to the principal, other impacts that can occur are data loss and damage due to storage undatabased data. So that it can be implemented to implement an information system using online information technology. The purpose of this information system is to design and build a website-based school operational assistance budget monitoring system, so that it can present budget reports more easily and quickly with internet access. The method used in system development is extreme programming based on a brief history that software development is widely used for faster development by covering the stages of planning, design, coding and testing. The software used includes: SQL which is used to store databases, PHP (Hypertext Preprocessor) used to run the server, Web Based is used to run the website that is used. The result of the system that was built is that it has a function to facilitate data processing of receipts and disbursements of funds carried out by the school admin section starting from recording the sources of funds and allocation of funds. In detail regarding the expenditure of funds, there is a report that presents information regarding the use of the allocated funds and there is information on responsibilities.
