Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menguji Pengaruh Kompensasi Finansial dan Disiplin Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada PT.Perdana Adhi Lestari Bandar Lampung. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 124 orang karyawan. Sampel penelitian menggunakan teknik slovin. Penelitian ini mengunakan pendekatan kuantittif ,data untuk penelitian ini diperoleh melalui angket yang telah diisi oleh responden yang sudah ditentukan. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah metode analisis Regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa kompensasi finansial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Disiplin kerja berpengaruh signfikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Sementara itu variabel kompensasi finansial dan disiplin kerja berpengaruh signifikan bersama-sama terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Perdana Adhi Lestari. ABSTRACT This study was conducted to examine the effect of financial compensation and work discipline on the employee performance at PT. Perdana Adhi Lestari Bandar Lampung. The population in this study was 124 employees. The sampling technique in this study used the saturated sampling technique, that was, all members of the population were used as the sample. Therefore, the number of samples in this study was 124 employees of PT.Perdana Adhi Lestari Bandar Lampung. This study used a quantitative approach, the data for this study was obtained through a questionnaire that was filled out by the respondents who had been determined. The data analysis method used the multiple linear regression analysis. The result showed that financial compensation had a significant effect on the employee performance. Work discipline had a significant effect on the employee performance. Meanwhile, financial compensation and work discipline variables had a significant effect on employee performance at PT. Prime Adhi Lestari.
