Abstract

ABSTRACT COMPENSATION, WORK DISCIPLINE AND JOB SATISFACTION IMPACT ON EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE HOTEL SAHID BANDAR LAMPUNG By: Rizky Fadiasa This study aims to examine the effect of compensation. work discipline and job satisfaction on employee performance Sahid Hotel Bandar Lampung. The population selected in this study were all employees of Hotel Sahid Bandar Lampung. The sampling method used in this study was a non-probability sampling method using a saturated sampling technique, which is a sampling technique when all members of the population are sampled. The sample in this study were employees of Hotel Sahid Bandar Lampung, totaling 53 employees. This type of research is quantitative by using multiple regression analysis method because it uses more than one independent variable that affects the dependent variable. The results of the analysis state that compensation. work discipline and job satisfaction have an effect on employee performance at Hotel Sahid Bandar Lampung Keywords: Compensation, Work Discipline, Job Satisfaction Employee Performance
