Abstract

ABSTRACT By Evan Putra Sidauruk This study attempts to prove in empirical, the influence of job satisfaction, organization commitment and internal locus of control against interest do whistleblowing on auditor BPKP in Bandar Lampung. Sample in this research is taken directly from an auditor in the population bpkp in bandar lampung, by using the method of random sampling sample obtained as many as 29 Auditors who were the respondents. Methods of analysis in this study is the analysis of multiple linear regression. Analytical tools used in this research is the program SPSS Version 18. The results of this research show that job satisfaction, organizational commitment and internal locus of control and simultaneous partial has a positive and significant effect against intensi whistleblowing auditor at BPKP in Bandar Lampung.
