Abstract

The objective of this research was finding out the effect of the workload and the work motivation on the employee productivity at Hulu Batu Perkasa Corp., Central Lampung. The type of this research was the quantitative research. The setting of this research was Hulu Batu Perkasa Corp., Central Lampung. The population of this research was 41 respondents. The sampling technique used in this research was through the probability sampling technique or the saturated sampling. The number of sample of this research was 41 respondents.The data analyzing technique used in this research was through multiple linear regression analysis, normality test, linearity test, and multi-collinearity test. The result of this research was that there was an effect of the workload and the work motivation on the employee productivity at Hulu Batu Perkasa Corp., Central Lampung.
