Abstract
FACTORS AFFECTING THE QUALITY OF METRO CITY REGIONAL GOVERNMENT FINANCIAL STATEMENTS Submitted By: WIYANDANIS ESTRI 1912120138 ABSTRACT This study aims to empirically prove whether Human Resource Competence, Government Accounting Standards, Internal Control System and Employee Professionalism Affect the Quality of Metro City Local Government Financial Statements. The population in this study is all employees who have the main responsibilities and duties of functions in preparing the Metro City Local Government (LKPD) financial statements. The sample used was 57 respondents. The sampling technique in this study is Purposive Sampling. The data analysis method uses Multiple Regression Model with a t-test as a hypothesis test. This study used the SPSS analysis tool. The results of the study stated that all existing independent variables, Human Resource Competence, Government Accounting Standards, Internal Control System and Employee Professionalism had a significant effect on the Quality of Metro City Local Government Financial Statements.
