Abstract
EFFECT OF LEADERSHIP STYLE AND WORK DISCIPLINE ON EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE AT DAYA ANUGRAH MANDIRI CORP., BANDAR LAMPUNG By SELVI PERMATASARI Abstract The objective of this research was finding out the effect ofthe leadership style on the employee performance at Daya Anugrah Mandiri Corp; theeffect of the work discipline on theemplovee performance at Daya Anugrah Mandiri Corp, and, the effect of leadership style and work discipline on the employee performance at Daya Anugrah Mandiri Corp. The type of this research was the quantitative research. The method used in this research was the associative method. The type of the data used in this research was the primary data. The datacollecting technique used in this research was distributing questionnaires. The population of this research was all respondents(49 emplovees of Daya Anugrah MandiriCorp.). The sampling technique used ni this research was through the saturated sampling technique. The measurement method used in this research was through the validity test and the reliability test. The data analyzing technique used in this research was through the multiple linear regression with linearity test and multicollinearity test. The hypothesis tests used inthis research were ttest and F test. The result ofthis research was that the leadership styleaffected the employee performance; the work discipline affected the employee performance; and, the leadership style and the work disciplineaffected the employee performance.
