Abstract

ABSTRACT THE INFLUENCE OF LEADERSHIP STYLE AND MOTIVATION ON EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE AT PT JAPFA COMFEED INDONESIA TBK POULTRY BREEDING DIVISION CAMPANG JAYA BANDAR LAMPUNG By: Lidiya Ikhwani Citra Pertiwi The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of Leadership Style and Motivation on the performance of employees of PT Japfa Comfeed Indonesia Tbk Poultry Breeding Divison Campang Jaya Bandar Lampung. The research is associative quantitative in nature. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression. The research results show that both partially and anova leadership style and motivation have a significant effect on the performance of employees of PT Japfa Comfeed Indonesia Tbk Poultry Breeding Divison Campang Jaya Bandar Lampung. Keywords: Leadership Style, Motivation, and Employee Performance.
