Abstract

x ABSTRACT ESSENCE ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICE INFORMATION SYSTEM IN WEBSITE BASED ON NEGERI AGUNG DISTRICT, WAY KANAN By AGAM WISNU PRATAMA Vishnu Primary Religion Village/kelurahan administration services are an important task in making certificates needed for residents as a condition for certain purposes. Usually in making this certificate, residents come to the local kelurahan/village office and bring along the requirements. Based on the requests and requirements put forward by the residents, the village officer makes the required certificate signed by the lurah/village head. To improve administrative services at the kelurahan/village office, a website-based service system was created. The system is designed for the sub-district/village office in the District of Agung. This means that if one sub-district has many sub-districts, then this system can be used in each sub-district in the sub-district area. Making certificates in this system is limited to Certificate of Incapacity, Certificate of Owning a Business, Death Certificate, Funeral Certificate, and Certificate of Heirs. The administration service system is made web-based using the Jvascript programming language and the MyQSL database. This administrative service system is used as a medium that can facilitate residents in making certificates. Residents fill in the data along with the requirements for making a letter and then the village secretary will check and validate the data. After being validated, residents can download a certificate made in .pdf format. Keywords: administrative services, website, Javascript, MyQSL
