Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of Organizational Culture and Extrinsic Motivation on the Employee Performance of the Department of Industry, Bandar Lampung City Government. This research employs a quantitative approach. The data collection methods used in this study are library research and field research. The data were collected using a questionnaire with a Likert scale. The sampling technique applied in this study is saturated sampling, in which the entire limited population of 34 respondents was used as the sample. The data were analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results of the data analysis indicate that Organizational Culture has a partial effect on the Employee Performance of the Department of Industry, Bandar Lampung City Government. Extrinsic Motivation also has a partial effect on employee performance. Furthermore, Organizational Culture and Extrinsic Motivation simultaneously have a significant effect on the Employee Performance of the Department of Industry, Bandar Lampung City Government.
