Abstract

Zdental Dental Clinic is a private company engaged in dental health services, which has been operating since 2019 and is located at Jl Kenanga 2 Pringsewu Utara, Pringsewu Regency, Pringsewu District Lampung. During the registration process, medical records, doctor schedules, and payments are still recorded in paper-based archives stored in the clinic's cabinets. Additionally, the administrator schedules patient appointments with the doctor who will treat the patient that day and notes when the patient should return for a follow-up visit. The average number of patients registered at this clinic is approximately 20 people seeking treatment, including tooth extraction teeth, fillings, installing braces, scaling teeth, root canal treatment, and others. The method used in designing the system is the Prototype method. The Prototype method has 7 stages consisting of the stages of Requirement gathering, Prototype development, Prototype evaluation, System coding, System testing, System evaluation, and System implementation. Data collection methods include literature reviews, interviews, and observations using Windows 11 software, Visual Studio Code, XAMPP, MySQL Database, and Star UML. The results of the design and development of the Zdental Pringsewu Dental Clinic Service based on a website make it easier for patients to register and make appointments online without having to come to the clinic, can reduce waiting time at the clinic, and can speed up the service process.
