Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of performance appraisal systems and leadership style on employee performance at PT. Rahadhyan Integrasi Nusantara, Southern Sumatra Branch. A quantitative associative approach was employed, with a population consisting of 35 respondents from the Operational Division. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression with SPSS. The results indicated that the performance appraisal system had a significant positive effect on employee performance. Similarly, leadership style also significantly influenced employee performance. Furthermore, both variables simultaneously exerted a significant effect on employee performance. The study suggests that the company should enhance the objectivity of its performance appraisal system and adopt leadership styles that effectively motivate employees to work more efficiently and productively.
