Abstract
The development of information technology that is fast enough and rapidly makes the fields must be demanded to follow the development of existing technology to facilitate activities and can be completed in a short and computerized time. Institute of Informatics and Business of Darmajaya is one of the tertiary institutions that is currently still developing following the development of information technology in both academic and non-academic activities. In the academic field, the presence or attendance system is an existing system to be able to collect attendance data of academic members, namely students and lecturers. At present presence is still using manual or traditional methods. This research aims to build student and lecturer software design in real-time based on the mobile web. In presence activities using the QR Code as a technology developed. The stages in developing this software use the System Development Life Cycle or SDLC method, which is the Waterfall model. With this software, it is expected to be able to help attendance data collection easily and quickly and to help the development of student and lecturer presence systems at the Institute of Informatics and Business Darmajaya. Suggestions from this research are the addition of notifications and the development of software that is better than before
