Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find the effect of work-family conflict and turnover intention on the employee performance. This was a quantitative study using the primary and secondary data, with a questionnaire as the field research data collection method. The sample in this study was 42 employees. The instrument requirements test used the validity and reliability tests. The data analysis requirement test used the linearity test. The data analysis method in the study used the multiple linear regression. The hypothesis testing used the t-test and F-test. The result of this study found that family- work conflict and turnover intention simultaneously affected the employee performance in PT. Jalur Nugraha Ekakurir (JNE) Bandar Lampung. Keywords: Work-Family Conflict, Turnover Intention and Performance.
