Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find the effect of trust and knowledge sharing on the employee performance in PT Slara Griya Sejahtera. This was a quantitative study. The data source used the primary data, with questionnaires as the field research data collection method. The population in this study was 39 employees, made the sample by using the non-probability sampling technique, especially saturated sampling. The instrument requirements test in the study used the tests of validity, reliability, normality, multi-collinearity and heteroscedasticity. The data analysis requirements test used the linearity test. The data analysis method used the multiple linear regression. Then, the hypothesis testing used t-test and F-test. The result of this study found that trust affected the employee performance in PT Slara Griya Sejahtera, knowledge sharing affected the employee performance in PT Slara Griya Sejahtera. Trust and knowledge sharing simultaneously affected the employee performance in PT Slara Griya Sejahtera. Keywords: Trust, Knowledge Sharing and Performance
