Abstract
ABSTRACT DETERMINING HUMAN QUOTIENT TO AFFECT EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE AT LAMBANG JAYA CORP., SOUTH LAMPUNG By FINKHY MARGHARETH VALENTHINE Br MANURUNG The result of this research was that the intellectual quotient was a very strategic variable to improve the employee performance; however, the emotional quotient and spiritual quotient was a variable that was not a priority to improve the employee performance because they had slight significance for improving the employee performance at Lambang Jaya Corp., South Lampung. This was because the intellectual quotient affected the employee performance; however, the emotional and spiritual quotient slightly affected the employee performance without a high significance. The suggestion of this research is that the management of the company is able to use the intellectual quotient to improve the employee performance quality. Furthermore, the emotional quotient and spiritual quotient should also be firstly improved to achieve the excellent employee and organization performance.
