Abstract

ABSTRACT WEBBASE SYSTEM APLICATION MODEL IN E-DOCUMENT SYSTEM AT BUREAU OF POPULATION (CASE STUDY PULAU PANGGUNG DISTRICT OFFICE) By : Rizki Meigusti Alzedan The Pulau Panggung District Office is a government institution its function is to managing local population data.The Pulau Panggung District Office has an administration section its function is tostored and managing resident documents such as Family Cards Data, Resident Transfer Letters, Birth Certificates and Marriage Certificates. The data storing begins by receiving residents’ documents proposalthatsubmitted by local residence, afterwards those documents are stored in a special folder. When files or documents are needed, the administrative staffwill be searching the data in the storage folder one by one. E-document is a document that store in digital format or soft copies which used to prevent damage or physical documents lost in the form of sheets of paper. Bye implementing an E-Document information system in the conventional system, it will ease administrator to find the documents that urgently needed. Keyword: E-Document System, Population Bureau
