Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of Discipline Work , and Work Culture on Employee Performance At PT. Auto 2000 Adtra International TBK Toyota (Branch of Raden Intan Bandar Lanpung). The population used in this study were employees of Pada PT. Auto 2000 Adtra International TBK Toyota (Branch of Raden Intan Bandar Lanpung ) with a total of 30 respondents . The method used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis. The research data was processed using Microsoft Excel and SPSS 20 software. The independent variable in this study was Discipline Work (X1), Work Culture (X2). The dependent variable in this study is Employee Performance (Y). Contribution variable free Discipline Work and Work Culture To variable tied to Employee Performance is by 75.0%. Variable free who has the most dominant influence to variable bound is factor Discipline that is by 73.4%. Keywords: Discipline work, work culture and Employee Performance .
