Abstract
The emergence of the Maxim application offers different services and lower prices compared to other applications. The low price set by Maxim is due to following the international strategy of its parent company in Russia and being the most affordable transportation service company. The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of service quality and price on Maxim's customer satisfaction in Bandar Lampung. The population in this study were customers of the Maxim application in Bandar Lampung with the sample of 120 respondents and the sampling technique used was purposive sampling. The data analysis method in this study used the multiple linear regression. The result of this study showed that simultaneously or partially the service quality and price variables had a significant effect on Maxim's customer satisfaction. This was because if the perceived service and prices offered to customers matched or even exceeded the customer expectations, then the service was considered qualified and satisfactory.
