Abstract

ABSTRACT THE EFFECT OF WORK LIFE BALANCE AND WORK SPIRITUALITY ON THE PERFORMANCE OF NURSES AT ASY-SIFAA ISLAMIC HOSPITAL, CENTRAL LAMPUNG By: Sandora Adinda Neva The purpose of this study was to partially find the effect of work life balance and work spirituality on the performance of nurses at Asy-Syifaa Hospital, Central Lampung. This type of research was a quantitative research using an associative method. The data source used in this study was primary data in the form of questionnaire. data collection method in this study is field research by distributing questionnaires. The population in this study were 76 nurses with the total sample of 35 nurses, which was determined through the purposive sampling technique. The instrument requirements test used validity and reliability tests. The data analysis requirements Test using the normality test, linearity test, and multicollinearity test. Methods of data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing, namely the t-test and F-test. The results of this study indicate that partially work life balance and work spirituality affect the performance of nurses, and simultaneously work life balance and work spirituality affect the performance of nurses at Asy-Syifaa Hospital, Central Lampung.
