Abstract

Tanjung Damai Lestari Housing is a housing complex located in a major urban area, offering a calm, comfortable and green environment for its residents. The necessity for a unified system to enhance living conditions and foster community bonds is growing in tandem with the city's fast population expansion. Consequently, the Tanjung Damai Lestari Housing Complex's Society System design and implementation are of the utmost importance. In order to improve services at Tanjung Damai Housing in a sustainable way, this research is aiming to create a web-based social system. From a technical standpoint, the system development process utilized, namely Prototype, is software development, which is frequently employed to facilitate quicker development and to ascertain more precise user requirements. An online society system that facilitates user access to information, financial services, and complaint processing is the end product of this study.
