Abstract

This research aims to examine the influence of organizational culture and work motivation on employee performance at PT. Everbright Bandar Lampung. The independent variables in this research are Organizational Culture and Work Motivation, while the dependent variable is Employee Performance. The population in this study were employees at PT. Everbright Bandar Lampung and the sample for this research is the marketing division employees, totaling 62 employees. The analysis method used is regression analysis using the SPSS application. Based on the results of the analysis, it shows that organizational culture and work motivation have a positive effect on employee performance at PT. Everbright Bandar Lampung.
