Abstract
Indonesia, as the largest archipelagic country in the world, has a diverse and rich natural tourism potential, including in Lampung Province, which offers various attractive tourist sites such as beaches, mountains, and nature reserves. With its unique geographical characteristics, tourism in Lampung is expected to stimulate regional economic growth. However, one of the challenges faced is the need for quick and easy access to information for tourists. This research proposed the development of the ADEWA (Tourist Destination Application) based on Android, which implements the Haversine algorithm. This application is designed to facilitate the search for nearby tourist locations based on the user's geographic position, thereby helping tourists find destinations quickly and accurately. The ADEWA application not only enhances the accessibility of tourism information but also improves the quality and quantity of available information, resulting in a better travel experience. The black box testing result indicated that all features and functions of the application worked well, as expected. Thus, the ADEWA application has the potential to be an effective tool in supporting the development of the tourism sector in Lampung Province.
