Abstract

ABSTRACT THE INFLUENCE OF SPIRITUALITY AND EMOTIONAL QUOTIENT ON EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE AT PT.KEONG NUSANTARA ABADI By: YUDA PRATAMA This study aims to determine whether spirituality and emotional quotient affect employee performance at PT. Nusantara Abadi (Wong Coco). The type of research used was quantitative causality research. The population selected in this study were all employees. The sampling method used was saturated sampling using statistical techniques, then obtained 30 employees. The analysis method used was multiple linear regression. The results analysis stated that spirituality and emotional quotient can influence the employee's performance both partially and simultaneously at PT. Keong Nusantara Abadi (Wong Coco).
