Abstract
Based on the condition of Employee Effectiveness at PT Indomarco Prismatama, there are problems because employee effectiveness has not been optimally achieved due to several issues in achieving employee effectiveness. The problems included limited employee ability to complete tasks. The purpose of the study was to find the effect of Rotation and non-physical Work Environment on Work Effectiveness. The research method used in this study was quantitative research using an associative method, namely multiple linear regression analysis. The data collection methods in this study used primary data in the form of observation, interviews, and questionnaire distribution. The population in this study consisted of 35 employees, and the sample used was 30 employees without store managers. The data analysis requirement tests included a normality test, linearity test, and multicollinearity test. The result of this study found that Rotation had a positive effect on Work Effectiveness, and NonPhysical Work Environment had a positive effect on Work Effectiveness.
