ix THE INFLUENCE OF WORKLOAD, SOCIAL SUPPORT, AND SELF-EFFICACY ON TEACHER BURNOUT AT SMA YP UNILA BANDAR LAMPUNG Rizky Prasastifani Abstract Teacher burnout is a serious issue that affects instructional quality, psychological well-being, and overall teacher performance in schools. Teachers experiencing burnout often show emotional exhaustion, decreased motivation, reduced engagement in school activities, and lower quality interactions with students. This study aims to analyze the influence of workload, social support, and self-efficacy on teacher burnout at SMA YP Unila Bandar Lampung. The research employed a quantitative approach using a survey method. The study population consisted of all teachers at SMA YP Unila, with a sample of 70 teachers selected through a saturated sampling technique. Data were collected using the NASA-TLX to measure workload, the MSPSS to assess social support, the Self-Efficacy Scale (SES) to measure self-efficacy, and the Maslach Burnout Inventory (MBI) to assess burnout levels. Data analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression. The results show that, partially, workload has a positive and significant effect on burnout, while social support and self-efficacy have negative and significant effects on teacher burnout. Simultaneously, all three variables significantly influence burnout. These findings suggest that teacher burnout can be reduced through proportional workload management, enhanced social support, and strengthened self-efficacy. The implications highlight the importance of school efforts in fostering a work environment that supports teacher well-being. Keywords: workload, social support, self-efficacy, teacher burnout x PENGARUH BEBAN KERJA, DUKUNGAN SOSIAL, DAN EFIKASI DIRI TERHADAP BURNOUT GURU DI SMA YP UNILA BANDAR LAMPUNG Rizky Prasastifani Abstrak Burnout yang dialami guru merupakan permasalahan serius yang berdampak pada kualitas pembelajaran, kesejahteraan psikologis, serta efektivitas kinerja guru di sekolah. Guru yang mengalami burnout cenderung menunjukkan kelelahan emosional, penurunan motivasi, penurunan keterlibatan dalam kegiatan sekolah, serta menurunnya kualitas interaksi dengan peserta didik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh beban kerja, dukungan sosial, dan efikasi diri terhadap burnout guru di SMA YP Unila Bandar Lampung. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh guru di SMA YP Unila dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 70 guru yang diperoleh melalui teknik sampling jenuh. Pengumpulan data dilakukan menggunakan instrumen NASA-TLX untuk beban kerja, MSPSS untuk dukungan sosial, Self-Efficacy Scale (SES) untuk efikasi diri, serta Maslach Burnout Inventory (MBI) untuk mengukur burnout. Analisis data menggunakan regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial, beban kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap burnout, sedangkan dukungan sosial dan efikasi diri berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap burnout guru. Secara simultan, ketiga variabel tersebut memberikan pengaruh signifikan terhadap burnout. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa tingginya burnout pada guru dapat ditekan melalui pengelolaan beban kerja yang proporsional, peningkatan dukungan sosial, serta penguatan efikasi diri guru. Implikasi penelitian ini menegaskan pentingnya peran sekolah dalam menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang mendukung kesejahteraan guru.
