Abstract

Technical Implementation Unit Health Laboratory Office Lampung is a health laboratory inspection services unit including Complete Urine, Blood Chemistry, Microbiology, Body Fluids Analysis, Propagation and Identification, Hematology, Health Chemistry, Immunology / Serology, and medical checkup services. With the mobile-based service for information systems at the Technical Implementation Unit Health Laboratory Center Lampung, it can minimize costs and operational time. Furthermore, it can be accessed easily and flexibly. This information system for laboratory service was built using PHP, MySQL, and bootstrap. The development method used Prototype. The information system laboratory services using mobile-based at Technical Implementation Unit Health Laboratory Office Lampung can speed up the administrative service process of the registration of the examination according to the type of patient examination, lab examination results, patient payments, and consultation. Moreover, it was able to be done online
