Abstract

PT. Telkomsel Grapari Bandar Lampung is a company engaged in the telecommunications sector of Cellular Mobile Phones with a GSM (Global System for Mobile Communication) system. It has various product brands marketed in Indonesia which are divided into postpaid and prepaid products (collectively referred to as " Telkomsel Products"). PT. Telkomsel Grapari Bandar Lampung is a subsidiary of PT. Telekomunikasi Indonesia. It was established in 1995 with a vision to become a trusted world-class provider of services and solutions for digital mobile lifestyles. The method of determining the sample in this study used a Stratified Random Sampling sample with all employees of PT. Telkomsel Grapari Bandar Lampung of 33 employees. The data analysis method used multiple linear regression. The partial hypothesis testing resulted that Transformational Leadership and Knowledge Sharing had an effect on job satisfaction of PT. Telkomsel Grapari Nusantara Bandar Lampung. The simultaneous testing that Transformational Leadership and Knowledge Sharing affected the job satisfaction of employees of PT.
