Abstract

Improving the quality of human resources in an institution must be well directed and planned, so that it can realize its vision and mission in achieving the organization goals. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of physical work environment, workload, and incentives on the employee performance at the Village and Community Empowerment Service (DPMD), South Lampung District. This study used a survey method using primary data obtained from a questionnaire. The sample in this study was 30 employees at the Community and Village Empowerment Service (DPMD) South Lampung District. The sample was determined using the saturated sampling technique, namely the sampling technique by including all members of the population as the research sample. The data analysis technique in this study used the multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that (1) The physical work environment had a significant effect on the performance, (2) The workload had a significant effect on the employee performance, and (3) Incentives had a significant effect on the employee performance at the Community and Village Empowerment Service (DPMD) South Lampung District.
