Abstract
ABSTRACT DESIGN OF ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICE INFORMATION SYSTEM WEB-BASED (CASE STUDY OF SUMBER BAHAGIA VILLAGE OFFICE) By: ANIS KIRANA Sumber Bahagia Village is a village located in Seputih Banyak Subdistrict, Central Lampung Regency, Lampung Province, which has a government structure that provides public services through the village office, including in terms of correspondence management. However, from the observation, the processing of mail administration is still done manually with potential errors and lack of efficiency. Based on these problems, researchers felt the need to develop an information system application to improve the efficiency and accuracy of administrative services in Sumber Bahagia Village Office. The system development method used in this research is Extreme Programming (XP), which is a software development process used to improve quality against customer needs. Produce a website based service information system that can be accessed online and used by village administrators, rt heads, village heads and residents. This information system produces a correspondence management service and also reports on resident data and reports on outgoing administrative letters submitted. The resulting system is expected to provide solutions in terms of managing population administration. Keywords: Information System, Administrative Services, Public Services, Web
