Abstract
The Medium Customs and Excise Office Type B Bandar Lampung, faces complex challenges in carrying out its duties and functions. As the institution responsible for customs and excise supervision and services, this office is required to provide fast, accurate, and transparent services. Therefore, an effective strategy is needed to improve employee performance by strengthening work culture, enhancing work ethic, and developing human resource quality. The objective of this study is to determine the effect of work culture, work ethic, and human resource quality, both partially and collectively, on employee performance at the Medium Customs and Excise Office Type B Bandar Lampung. The method used in this study was a survey with a quantitative approach, with 35 respondents. The sampling technique in this study was random sampling. The data analysis method used multiple linear regression. The results of the study were as follows: Work culture (X1) has a significant positive effect on employee performance, work ethic (X2) has a significant positive effect on employee performance, and human resource quality (X3) has a significant positive effect on employee performance. Similarly, the F-test simultaneously shows that work culture, work ethic, and human resource quality have an effect on employee performance.
