Abstract
ABSTRACT THE EFFECT OF WORKLOAD AND EXTRINSIC MOTIVATION ON EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE AT PT. LAUTAN BERLIAN UTAMA MOTOR MITSUBISHI BANDAR JAYA By: Kristin Suwani The purpose of the research was to find the effect of workload and extrinsic motivation on employee performance at PT Lautan Berlian Utama Mitsubishi Motor Bandar Jaya. The type of research used was quantitative research with the associative method. The sample used in this research totaled 40 employees taken from a population of 41 employees of PT Lautan Berlian Utama Motor Bandar Jaya. The sampling technique in this research was saturated sampling, the data analysis method used instruments test (validity and reliability test), classic assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, and the hypothesis testg (t-test and F-test). The results of this research showed that workload (X1) affected the employee performance and extrinsic motivation affected the employee performance, workload, and extrinsic motivation partially and Simultaneously affected the on employee performance at PT Lautan Berlian Utama Motor Mitsubishi Bandar Jaya.
