Abstract
Based on the percentage of employee turnover at PT Tiga Serangkai Bandar Lampung in 2018, it reached 21%, higher than the annual turnover below 10%. If it exceeded the annual turnover, the turnover at PT Tiga Serangkai was considerede high. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of incentives and work environment on the turnover intention. This was a quantitative research with an associative method using the multiple linear regression analysis. The data collection methods in this study were interviews and questionnaires taken as the primary data. The population of this research was 34 people using the saturated sampling technique that was the entire population was taken as the sample of the study. The test data analysis requirements used the normality test, linearity test, multicollinearity test and heteroscedastity tests. The result of this study found that the incentives had a positive effect on the turnover intention and the work environment had a negative effect on the turnover intention
