Abstract
The Office Ministry of Religion Pesawaran Regency is a government agency that handles religious affairs at the regency level. The government has established an IT develpment program regulated in PP RI No. 95 of 2018 concerning electronic based government system to realize good government. Based on observations and mapping of design factor there are security system problem in software and information services (main website) that have a fairly bad impact and can reduce the performance of agency IT quality. These problems need to be assessed using the COBIT 2019 framework. Capability and maturity level assessment of governace and management IT using a objectives domain that has an importance value > 60, namely in the objective domains of APO 11, APO 13, DSS 02, and DSS 03. The value of achieving capability level and maturity level in the objective domain of APO 11 is 3,69 (largely / qualitative), APO 13 is 3,15 (largely / defined), DSS 02 is 2,96 (largely / defined), and DSS 03 is 2,86 (largely / defined). There is a gap in each selected objectives domain, the value of the gap in the APO 11 is 0,31, APO 13 is 0,85, DSS 02 is 1,04, and DSS 03 is 1,14.
