Abstract
ABSTRACT THE EFFECT OF EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE AND WORKPLACE SPIRITUALITY ON THE PERFORMANCE OF EMPLOYEES AT BANK LAMPUNG KCP TANJUNG BINTANG By: ALVIN ZUMARA 1712110337 The purpose of the study was to determine whether emotional intelligence and workplace spirituality affect the performance of employees at Bank Lampung KCP Tanjung Bintang. The type of research used was quantitative with a causal approach. The population selected for this study consisted of all employees of Bank Lampung KCP Tanjung Bintang, totaling 35 employees. The sampling method used in this study was saturated sampling, and using statistical techniques, a total of 35 employees in various positions were selected. The analytical method used was multiple linear regression analysis. The result of the analysis showed that emotional intelligence and workplace spirituality had a significant effect on the performance of employees at Bank Lampung KCP Tanjung Bintang.
