Abstract

ABSTRACT INFORMATION SYSTEM FOR ORDERING HAJJ AND UMROH TRAVEL PACKAGES AT TGR TAJAK RAMADHAN GROUP LAMPUNG by: DIMAS HERMAWAN Dimas79135@gmail.com The Tajak Rahmadhan Group (TRG) is a company that provides travel services for Hajj and Umrah with various packages tailored to the needs of consumers. However, the booking process is still done manually through travel agents and phone calls, which causes difficulties in managing the data of prospective pilgrims. The high demand for quick and accurate information presents a major challenge in service delivery. To address this issue, a web-based information system is needed to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of data processing, from registration to payment.This research employs the prototype method, aimed at obtaining a representation of the application model to be developed. The initial design of the application is in the form of a mockup, which will then be evaluated by users, with UML tools used for modeling. The database used in this system is MySQL. The expected outcome of this research is to provide an easy and efficient way for consumers to book Hajj and Umrah packages, while improving the quality of service provided by the company.The research concludes that an online booking and promotion system for Hajj and Umrah packages can simplify the transaction process for bookings and payments via the website.
