Abstract

ABSTRACT THE INFLUENCE OF MOTIVATION, TEAMWORK AND REWARD ON EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE AT GRAMEDIA BOOK STORE BANDAR LAMPUNG BY SIDIQ ANSORY The problem happening in Gramedia Book Store was not maximum. It was caused by the employee motivation was low, there was no good relationship among the team, and there was no reward system. The aim of this study was to know the effect of Motivation, Teamwork and Reward on Employee Performance at Gramedia Book Store Bandar Lampung. The type of this study used was the quantitative through the associative method approach. The population of this tudy was all employees of Gramedia Book Store as 42 employees and taken as the sample. The sample taking technique was the probability sampling technique. The data collecting technique used were the questionnaires and interview. The data analysis method used were the multiple linear regression anlysis, t test and F test. The research result showed that Motivation, Teamwork and Reward significantly influenced Employee Performance at Gramedia Book Store Bandar Lampung.
