Abstract

ABSTRACT THE IMPACT OF ORGANIZATION CULTURE AND WORK ENVIRONMENT ON THE PERFORMANCE OF EMPLOYEES AT BANJAR AGUNG INPATIENT COMMUNITY HEALTH CENTER By: MOCHAMAD TAUFIQ AZHARY Banjar Agung Inpatient Community Health Center is a primary healthcare facility that provides essential health services to the public. This Community Health Center functions as a Technical Implementation Unit (UPT) under the authority of the District/City Health Office. In 2024, the performance of the employees at Banjar Agung Health Center was categorized as “fair,” with a score of 72%. This indicates that employee performance is still below the expected target set by the health center. This study applied a saturation sampling method, where the entire population—comprising 35 employees—was used as the sample. The data analysis technique employed in the study was multiple linear regression. The results of the partial hypothesis test showed that organizational culture and work environment significantly influence employee performance at the Banjar Agung Health Center. Furthermore, simultaneous testing confirmed that both organizational culture and work environment have a joint influence on employee performance. Therefore, improving employee performance requires efforts to strengthen organizational culture and enhance the work environment. The management of the Health Center is encouraged to develop performance improvement strategies focusing on these two key factors. By doing so, the quality of health services delivered to the community can be improved and sustained over time. Keywords : Organizational Culture, Work Environtment and Performance
