Abstract

ABSTRACT WEB-BASED PUBLIC COMPLAINTS INFORMATION SYSTEM OF TRAFFIC INFRASTRUCTURE (CASE STUDY: TRANSPORTATION DEPARTMENT OF LAMPUNG PROVINCE) By BULAN PITALOKA bulanpitaloka0@gmail.com Bandar Lampung Transportation Department of Ministry of Transportation Republic of Indonesia is in charge to controlling traffic services, in order to ensures security, discipline, traffic smoothness and comfortless for the community. In this case, it is necessary to have a web-based information system for the community to deliver complaints about damaging of traffic infrastructure to the Bandar Lampung Transportation Department. This public complaint information system aims to be able to assist the traffic department in collecting data on traffic complaints and to assist the public in providing information on complaints regarding supporting facilities for traffic infrastructure. The method used in this research is RUP method and the design stages is using use case diagrams, activity diagrams, sequence diagrams and class diagrams. XAMPP is used to run the server, PHP (Hypertext Preprocessor) is used for programming language, and database storage is using PHPmyAdmin. The implementation of this system is able to displaying user display, admin display, complaint display, report display. This information system can be accessed and run using localhost on web-based form. Keywords: Public Complaints, web, PHP, RUP
