Abstract
The employee work productivity at PT. Maju Tambak Sumur Padang Cermin in 2020 cannot meet the production targete. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Non-Physical Work Environment and Financial Compensation on Work Productivity. The type of study in this study was a quantitative research with the associative method using multiple linear regression analysis. Data collection methods in this study used primary data in the form of interviews and questionnaires. The population in this study was 46 employees using purposive sampling technique. This study selected employees of the production division which included 35 employees. Test the requirements of data analysis using normality test, linearity test and multicollinearity test. The results of this study found that the Non-Physical Work Environment had an effect on Work Productivity and Financial Compensation had an effect on Work Productivity. Keywords: Non-Physical Work Environment, Financial Compensation, and Work Productivity.
