Abstract
ABSTRAC THE EFFECT OF REWARD & PUNISHMENT AND WORK MOTIVATION ON EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE AT PT. ARISTA AUTO PRIMA RAJABASA. To find out whether the provision of work motivation affects the performance of employees at PT. Arista Auto Prima Rajabasa. To find out Reward & Punishment and work motivation affect the performance of employees of PT Arista Auto Prima Rajabasa. To find out how big the influence of reward & punishment and work motivation on employee performance at PT Arista Auto Prima Rajabasa. Data collection was carried out with primary data techniques in the form of SPSS and secondary data in the form of observations. interviews, and documentation.
