Abstract

ABSTRACT RANCANG BANGUN PENGADUAN MASYARAKAT BERBASIS WEB DENGAN METODE KNN (K-NEAREST NEIGHBOR) Studi Kasus : (Kecamatan Anak Tuha Lampung Tengah) by: Putri Amelia Putriamelia120100@gmail.com Complaints or whistleblowers are individuals or groups who submit complaints and/or dissatisfaction related to behavior and/or information about existing infrastructure damage. Complaints are statements of dissatisfaction in any form (written, verbal or through body language) about the existing services. The purpose of the research is to build an online-based public complaint system with mobile devices that can be connected to an internet connection. With the implementation of online-based public complaints, the public is asked to be more innovative in submitting complaints. The method used is K-Nearest Neighbor and the system development method is Waterfall by prioritizing user needs. The result of the research is a website-based public complaint application.
