Abstract
In the current digital era, mobile applications have become a primary solution for facilitating human mobility. The background of this study highlights that, despite technological advancements easing access to information, the use of reliable and efficient transportation remains a challenge in this region, particularly due to limitations in integrated booking systems. This case study focuses on the transportation route between West Lampung and Bandar Lampung as a representation of mobility needs in the area. This research aims to design and develop a mobile-based transportation booking application to improve transportation services in the Lampung region. Based on the findings, the application is expected to serve as an innovative solution that meets the transportation needs of the West Lampung community.
