Abstract

PT Masa Kini which is part of the Media Group. Lampung Post was established on 17 July 1974 and first published on 10 August 1974 under the management of PT Masa Kini Mandiri. Lampung Post was first published in tabloid form with 4 pages. Since joining the Media Group, Lampung Post has grown to 20 pages. The phenomenon that occurs in the absence of clarity of duties and functions of employees has implications for decreasing job satisfaction so that it indirectly affects the performance of the organisation in handling its obligations. This study aims to determine the effect of job insecurity and work culture on employee performance through job satisfaction as an intervening variable at PT Masa Kini (Lampung Post) Bandar Lampung. This type of research is quantitative with associative methods. Data collection was carried out through distributing questionnaires to all employees of PT Masa Kini (Lampung Post) Bandar Lampung, totalling 36 employees. The data analysis method uses SEM PLS. Data processing with SmartPLS software. The results of this study indicate that the Job Insecurity variable has no effect on the Employee Performance of PT Masa Kini Mandiri (Lampung Post) Bandar Lampung. Work Culture has no effect on Employee Performance of PT Masa Kini Mandiri (Lampung Post) Bandar Lampung.
